Patricia L. Osgood joined Systems Corp. in 1995 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to Senior Administrative Coordinator in 2001. She serves as the primary calendar manager and gatekeeper for the Office of the Chief Executive.
Ms. Osgood is widely considered to be the person at Systems Corp. who most reliably knows what is actually happening on any given day.
