Harold W. Kestrel has served as Chief Executive Officer of Systems Corp. since 1991. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Kestrel served as Vice President of Logistics for four years, and before that as a Senior Systems Analyst in the Mainframe Services division.

Mr. Kestrel holds a degree from a university in Kansas. He lives in Beige with his family.
